great game. i agree with the last person it does remind me of indigo prophecy. I got into the story very quickly and cant stop either. It gives of a creepy sense to it most of the time, so if you wanna be sorta creeped out, play it in total darkness. it would be better if it had more than 1 picture for each chapter, but u can still get into it if you give it a try. I say its worth the money

Horrible story... Horribly written.. Ridiculously bad voice acting... At least it didnt crash, although Id rather use my calculator app than this. I wonder if the people giving this good reviews are related to the dev. Or just really high. Really Id rather watch chocolate rain on YouTube.

Ive actually never written a review before, although I have a number of different apps and games. However, I felt this game hit such a unique niche and was generally so well done that I should write a review. Its basically an interactive audio book or audio play. Some of the game play wasnt the best, but the story, the acting, and the interaction of everything was well done. It was fun to be a part of the story/play, and the story/play was well-written and well-acted. This may be the most enjoyable game Ive purchased so far, even thought its more of an audio play than actual game. I would buy every episode put out if it was this well-done ( and I would only expect the gameplay to get better). I think this is a very nique niche that fits very well with iphone gaming.

I was prepared to give this game 5 stars until I reached Chapter 18 and 19. The game puzzles were unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, you cannot save your progress. Yet, if you have to leave the game, it will knock you back two chapters. Stupid, stupid, stupid developers.

Such a great story- I couldnt put it down. I cant wait until the next episode, or better yet a movie or book!

Very simple game; Not worth the money

this is such a great and fun game with a gripping storyline ending with Kain at a bar with a threat of a demon hanging over his head, so whats next i would really hate to see that this is the only chapter in Kains story.

my expectation of app functionality was not met by this application. its an audio game, more then video interactive. major battery drainer as well.

I would say this is probably the best audio adventure EVER! :3 I hope that they hurry up and make chapter 2 already! Awsome voice acting, great puzzles, and fun for all. I wish there was a bit of video, but it still is a 5/5 in my book.

I first played this game a year ago, and I have been waiting ever since for a sequel. I love it. Its truely entertaining and the idea of the game play is awesome. I wish there were more audiobook games like this.

I first heard about this app a couple of days ago from Jon Davison on the 1up Yours podcast, sounded like it was right up my alley. I just finished playing the first three chapters. The sounds and special effects are top notch, reminded me of those old school radio shows (like the shadow). The voice acting so far has been surprisingly good. Most apps dont quite live up to your expectations after downloading them, this one blew mine away. I look forward to the next chapter as well as the next series which I hear might be a mystery/noir. Good job guys! 12/02 Been stuck on level 18 for three days, just isnt enough of a difference in the sounds for me to fight off Alastor, : (

I Was Really Looking Forward to Playing this, but I cant Because it Wont Stay Open at Startup.. it Just Keeps Crashing! Im Running both the Latest iPhone Software and Firmware on My Device (v3.1.1), but its not helping. :( Please fix this so I can play this game!

Im a sucker for interactive games, and decided to buy this after looking at the summary as well as customer reviews. You will not be disappointed. Each chapter of the storyline has a unique image that corrosponds to whats going on. The voice acting is fantastic, and the storyline keeps you on your toes. Difficulty begins to increase with each level, and offers a wide variety of interaction. It made me laugh, it made me cry. A fantastic game that is surely worth the money.
